Didn't the Merry Pranksters of the hippy era drive around in a bus painted like this? Not sure I want to go swimming or boating where there are ice sickles hanging about.
In answer to your question on my blog about Dave Letterman- This is Muncie, Indiana. Letterman attended our Ball State University. The building that houses BSU's radio station is called the Letterman Building. I think it is because of his generosity to the university.
