  2. Your post reminds me of my visit to the Basilica of Saint Francis of Assisi in Italy. It was high up on a hill from where dozens, probably many hundreds, of birds suddenly flew down into the valley below. It was an incredibly beautiful sight. :)

    Do swallows live in these nests? I guess the nests are just for display.
    Hope the swallows don't get disturbed when people view their nests.
