ABC Wednesday: R

picmonkey

Months ago I stumbled upon a word - rupestrine which means living or growing on or among rocks. So I wrote the word into a post-it and attached it to my calendar at work. I see it every single day and wondered when I would be able to use the word for ABC Wednesday. Well, now is that time and I'm happy to share this word I learned.

  7. That is a new word, but not the concept. The mountains around here are Rife with growing plants amongst the stone.
