The Arenas De Barcelona used to be a bullfighting ring. When bull fighting was banned in 2012, it was converted into a shopping complex with food court at the lower level. They serve really good food there.
With the dots in the background this sign looks like was done with legos. Did not know that bull fighting was banned in 2012, but have not paid any attention to it in many decades. The building is beautiful.
