Whenever I am in a Szechuan restaurant, I get this fish soup that is covered in
chilis. The
chilis are for decorative purposes only, because the soup and perfectly cooked fish fillet is not hot at all - at least to me. Unfortunately, I don't know what this dish is called.
Have anyone tried this dish before?

Oh my, that's a lot of Chilies.
ReplyDeleteI think the soup would be much too hot for my wimpy tastebuds.
Do you leave the chilies on the side plate? It makes an attractive dish, and if they are only for decoration the soup would be edible for us wimps who don't eat hot stuff...
ReplyDeleteI guess I'm a chicken, but I don't seem to do well with highly spiced food, but this certainly looks good!
