That's comfort food to me. When the kids have been dropped off to school after a specially chaotic morning this is what I reach out for, with a hot and sweet cup of ginger tea. Looks good.
Nothing better than a bowl of home made Lentil and Bacon soup with some lovely crusty bread and butter... I see I have inadvertently parroted part of Leslie's comments... .Oops! Great mind think alike !
UH oh - I should never have looked at your delicious photo. I've completed (and am actually continuing) Whole30 (see Whole30.com), and this bread looked darn fine. I had to scroll down fast to invite you to join up with our linky at http://image-in-ing.blogspot.com/2015/07/bug-eyes.html

I love bread and am so thankful I'm okay with gluten! Have a great week!
ReplyDeleteI enjoy bread too, but usually the whole grain kind...
ReplyDeleteNothing better with a hot bowl of soup in the autumn and with a good beef stew in winter. Of course, sandwiches in the summer, too!

ReplyDeleteThat's for sure. Yummm. I could make a meal out of a baguette of sour dough bread and butter.
