ABC Wednesday: F for fennel

Around this time, the only way you can find fennel is the dried variety. But in the summer time, they are growing every where, they dominate the landscape it seems. They are everywhere.

  7. Fennel is used a lot in Indian cooking and is served in restaurants along with sugar to sweeten the mouth and also help in digestion of food.Lovely photograph.
