I have to say, so many of the "McMansions" on sale, and it's always WAY more house than people need - with vinyl everything from flooring to siding to pipes (PVC), which is why firefighters now have to wear haz gear when approaching ANY house fire... Shame. But leave it to me to see this as not a bargain, but a useless luxury, unless you are the Gilbraiths from "Cheaper By the Dozen"!! Ha ha. Amy
Wow. You couldn't buy anything here for that price - even some parking spaces in condos cost more than that!
