My friend Heather created these haystacks for our church's fundraiser in 2012. They were my favorite among all the other chocolate creations that evening.
My mom always made haystacks for us when we kids - she had to leave out the almonds though, due to our allergies. Chocolate and coconut - you can't go wrong!
Yes I'd be making a direct line to that stall. What an apt name for them. I think we may call them crispies but haystacks is much more apt. Joy - ABC Team

They look heavenly. It's 11 at night and now I'm craving chocolate. BAD.
