The organization for them still have meetings and periodically have events to honor POW family members never accounted for.

I popped back to answer your question about snow where I live. I live in central NC and the most snow in one snowfall we ever got in my lifetime was 18 -21 inches around 2000 or maybe 2001. This year we didn't come close to that kind of a snow. Some years no snow, some years several times a year and some quite a bit more than that. People that move here during a few years in a row of no snow think we don't get snow and are shocked when we have it but it's actually unusual to go years without snow (that happen a few years back). I'm sure more than you needed to know but I've lived here for 56 years (born here) and as a child our Christmas sleds usually got some good use as did my daughters when she grew up but we have had a dry spell sometimes. The NC coast rarely gets snow. The NC mountains (especially northern range) usually get a fair amount.Carverhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05968919406427737503noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5079075344167080968.post-56776008638182402892014-02-19T21:49:38.577-08:002014-02-19T21:49:38.577-08:00From the comments, I now know the meaning of the s...From the comments, I now know the meaning of the sign.
